Gilbert Addeo is a Director for Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, where he is an International Relationship Manager in the Global Securities Services group. He has more than 16 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining Pershing, he was a managing director and leader of Broker-Dealer Sales and Account Management at Bear Stearns & Co., where he helped lead the development and execution of the firm’s sales strategy for its broker-dealer customer base. Prior to that, Mr. Addeo was a senior sales representative and provided relationship management support to the company’s broker-dealer customers throughout the United States. He also spent several years at SunGard Securities Processing and National Investor Services Corp. (a division of TD Waterhouse) where he held various sales, marketing and relationship management positions in support of their customers’ clearing and execution needs. He began his career in sales and relationship management at the Philadelphia Depository & Trust Company & Stock Clearing Corporation of Philadelphia. Mr. Addeo is part of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association’s Membership Committee.

Richard Boyd is the Managing Director of Federated International Management Ltd. at Federated Investors, Inc. He is responsible for developing and executing the firm’s global business strategy, which is designed to enhance existing international business, as well as explore future strategic initiatives for growth. Federated Investors, Inc. is one of the largest mutual fund companies in the United States with $400 Billion in assets under management and administered. Federated offers a complete family of mutual funds, retirement plan services, separate account management and cash management services to over 5,000 global financial services organizations. Mr. Boyd joined Federated in 1981. He is actively involved in the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA), a member of the SIFMA Private Client Services Committee, chairman of the Membership Committee and a past Trustee for the Securities Industry Institute® (SII) at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also completed the SII program, sponsored by SIFMA, at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Boyd is a member of the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee for Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and the Kappa Beta Phi Business Society. Prior to his current position, he was responsible for Federated’s U.S. broker-dealer sales and marketing. Under his leadership, assets grew from $5 billion to $100 billion. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from John Carroll University. Mr. Boyd is FINRA registered with Series 6, 7, 22, 24, 26, 63 and 66 licenses.
Miguel Cação is a Director in the Structured Retail and Equity Derivatives Group of The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in London. Mr. Cação has over 10 years experience in the financial markets. He began his career in corporate finance at Banco Espirito Santo in Lisbon, Portugal. In 2000, he moved to corporate finance at UBS in London, where he was responsible for the coverage of the Portuguese market. In 2004, he joined the Private Investor Product team of ABN AMRO Bank (which was later acquired by RBS) to originate and distribute tax sparing structured products in Germany and Italy. Mr. Cação is now developing the origination and distribution of structured notes in Latin America and Portugal. Mr. Cação graduated with a degree in Economics at Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
Richard Closs is a Director for Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, where he is responsible for Credit Risk Management. Mr. Closs serves on several industry committees and has led several important departments during his 30-year tenure on Wall Street. Prior to joining Pershing, Mr. Closs led the Risk Department at Fidelity Brokerage Company for more than nine years. He was responsible for managing $11 billion in margin debt, setting policy and approving new relationships for National Financial Services LLC. As leader of the Business Contingency team, Mr. Closs also led the recovery effort of the organization in the relocation of more than a thousand associates due to the events of September 11. Mr. Closs has presented at numerous industry conferences and on behalf of a large auditing firm on the success of the firm’s recovery plan. From 1989 to 1999, Mr. Closs started the Section 20 securities affiliate for The Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank, then the largest bank in the world. The firm recorded nine consecutive profitable years. Mr. Closs began his career with The Irving Trust Company, where he was the Executive Director for financing and operations for the securities subsidiary and led the Government Clearance Operations Department within the bank during the migration from physical to book-entry clearance for U.S. Government securities. Mr. Closs earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Villanova University.

Timothy Donovan is a Director for Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, with responsibility for fixed income trading initiatives for corporate bonds, mortgage-backed securities, agency bonds, U.S. Treasuries and municipal debt. He also oversees interest rate risk management, hedging and balance sheet optimization for these instruments. Mr. Donovan brings more than 25 years of trading experience to Pershing. Prior to joining Pershing, he served as a managing director and head of Cash and Enhanced Cash Management for Credit Suisse Group in the Americas. He was a member of the Americas Management and Investment Committees and was responsible for a broad array of initiatives including strategic planning, relationship management, business development and investment oversight in support of the firm’s institutional customers. Prior to that, Mr. Donovan was a director and the chief investment officer in the Prime Services group where he was a senior portfolio manager. Before joining Credit Suisse, Mr. Donovan was a senior portfolio manager at Furman Selz Trust Company, a unit of ING Group N.V., where he was the head trader and a member of the business development group. He began his career at Lehman Brothers where he spent 16 years, initially as a trader and institutional salesman in their international sales group, before holding senior-level positions as a commercial paper and fixed income trader and portfolio manager.

Luis dos Santos is a Director in the Structured Retail and Equity Derivatives Group of The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in London. Having joined ABN AMRO Bank (which was later acquired by RBS) in 2002, he has held various roles including developing the sales effort of Structured Products in the Middle East, Scandinavia, Portugal and Latin America. In 2007 and 2008, the team was awarded Distribution Bank of the Year Latin America by Structured Products magazine. Prior to joining ABN AMRO, Mr. dos Santos was a Corporate Finance analyst at UBS Warburg in London. Mr. dos Santos studied and did academic research in Economics at Oxford University and holds a dual degree in Industrial Economics from Warwick University, as well as the Université de Paris (Sorbonne). Most recently, he has attended an executive education program at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Thomas Meléndez is a Vice President for MFS Investment Management® (MFS®) and an Institutional Portfolio Manager for the firm’s global equity portfolios. Mr. Meléndez joined MFS in 2002 as an institutional portfolio manager with more than 10 years of experience, including three years as an emerging market product specialist for Schroders North America, two years as a general manager for Schroders Argentina and another three years as a vice president, Latin American fund manager for Schroders Capital Management International, London. Previously, he spent two years as a vice president of sales and research for NatWest Securities. Mr. Meléndez earned a Bachelor’s degree from Long Island University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University.
Thomas Prisco is a Director and Senior Relationship Manager for Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, where he is the geographical segment leader responsible for Pershing’s Latin American business development activities. Mr. Prisco joined Pershing in 1985 as a trader on the options trading desk and has been in the relationship management role since 1996. Prior to joining Pershing, Mr. Prisco was a founding member of PC Financial Network (now known as E*TRADE Financial) and manager of the firm’s trading desk. Mr. Prisco earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from York College of the City University of New York.

Peter Stanton is currently Chief Executive Officer of The Stanton Executive Group, LLC, a leading strategy consulting, talent management and executive placement firm for the financial industry. He is also a principal in New Heights Coaching, LLC, serving as the lead partner in the firm for career coaching and executive agent services. In these roles, Mr. Stanton guides and advises industry leaders interested in implementing innovative growth strategies for their businesses, hiring and managing top talent, as well as personal guidance on their own career management. Mr. Stanton has over 27 years of experience in the financial industry, most recently as Managing Director with Glocap Search, LLC, the seventh largest recruiting firm in New York City. Prior to becoming a recruiting executive, Mr. Stanton served as senior vice president and Director of Banking Strategy for UBS Wealth Management USA, having full responsibility for all client account businesses (approximately two million clients with over $350 billion in assets) and all related products, services and features. Further, he led the firm’s planned expansion into commercial lending in the United States. Mr. Stanton started his career in commercial banking in 1981, spending three years at then Chemical Bank as an Analyst and Loan Officer. He then spent 16 years with Merrill Lynch where, among other roles, he was an executive vice president and senior director of Merrill Lynch Business Financial Services, Inc. and a senior vice president and senior director for Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation. Following Merrill Lynch, Mr. Stanton spent over two years in Europe as president and chief executive officer of AdvisorTech Corporation, a venture capital-funded investment services and technology firm. He has also served as a consultant, advisor and board member for a number of firms both within and outside of the financial industry. Mr. Stanton is a graduate of Yale University and the Securities Industry Institute® program, sponsored by the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has several accredited licenses and has completed a variety of additional advanced securities and financial industry programs.
