Samuel King is a Director and the Head of Strategic Distribution for Pershing Managed Account Solutions, a service of Pershing, a BNY Mellon company. Based in Malvern, Pennsylvania, Mr. King is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions and independent broker-dealers that use Pershing’s Managed Account Solutions platform. Additionally, he oversees the advisory sales, key account and business development teams that provide support to Lockwood’s advisory solutions programs.

Prior to joining Pershing, Mr. King held marketing and sales positions at SEI Investments and was instrumental in developing and distributing the company’s mutual fund asset allocation program. Additionally, he was the managing director of SEI ’s Bank Investment group. Earlier in his career, Mr. King was a teacher and coach at a suburban Philadelphia-area high school. Mr. King earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Fairfield University.
