Richard Horne is a Director for Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, where he manages strategic relationships and provides business consulting to broker-dealers and registered investment advisors through Pershing’s RIA Complete™ strategy. Mr. Horne is responsible for identifying marketplace trends and translating this knowledge into actionable strategies focused on the development of industry-leading advisory platforms and managed account solutions. He also contributes to the further development and implementation of practice management programs to help firms retain and recruit financial advisors.

Previously, Mr. Horne managed Product Innovation for Pershing Advisor Solutions. He also spent 11 years as a manager of the Mutual Funds and Annuity Operations group. Mr. Horne has a deep understanding of the needs of registered investment advisors and introducing broker-dealer customers. His experience spans operations, service delivery, technology, project management, and product development.
