Pat Mahon is the Chief Operating Officer of Pershing Limited, an affiliate of Pershing, a BNY Mellon company. Mr. Mahon is also a Managing Director and member of the Executive Committee for Pershing. He has overall responsibility for Pershing Limited’s operations, technology, human resources, risk, legal, facilities and project management office.

Prior to joining Pershing in 2008, Mr. Mahon spent 23 years at Bear Stearns working in New York, Tokyo and London. His last position was as senior managing director at Bear Stearns International Ltd., where he was responsible for European, Middle East and African (EMEA) operations and middle office activities.

Mr. Mahon is a member of BNY Mellon's EMEA Senior Risk Management Committee, EMEA Operating Committee, the EMEA Chief Administrative Officer Roundtable and various ad hoc committee and boards. He is also a member of the Association of Financial Markets in Europe's Clearing Committee and a member of the Institute of Directors and holds a Diploma in Company Direction.

Mr. Mahon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the City University of New York. He is a certified public accountant.
