Lucille Mayer is a Managing Director and a member of the Executive Committee for Pershing, a BNY Mellon company. Ms. Mayer is responsible for the firm's Technology Products, Projects and Control group. In this role, she has senior responsibility for the development of innovative technology solutions for Pershing’s NetExchange® suite of products; all project delivery though the firm's Enterprise Project Office; technology control functions such as Quality Assurance, Entitlements Management, Information Security and Risk, and Software Configuration Management; and Technology Relationship Management. Ms. Mayer joined Pershing in 1990 as a project leader responsible for Clearance Systems within the Pershing Technology Group. During her 11-year tenure in the Pershing Technology Group, Ms. Mayer held various senior positions in Applications Development and Information Management. Since 2001, she has held leadership positions in both Technology and Enterprise Project Management. From 2006 to 2009, she was Pershing’s chief quality officer. Ms. Mayer has won Pershing’s Super Achiever Award in 1997, 1998, 2000, 2001 and 2005.

Before joining Pershing, Ms. Mayer was an applications development manager at Shearson Lehman Hutton, where she was responsible for mutual fund applications. Before that, at Manufacturers Hanover Trust, she was responsible for developing personal trust applications. She is a member of the Business Review Committee, the Technology Strategy Committee, the Portfolio Services Strategy Group, the iNautix USA/Albridge Product Integration Strategy Steering Committee and the Customer Technology Solutions Delivery Executive Committee. Ms. Mayer also represents Pershing on SIFMA's Technology Management Committee. From 2004 to 2010, Ms. Mayer was also a board member and treasurer of the York Street Project, a Jersey City-based nonprofit organization. Ms. Mayer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York.
