Lisa Dolly is Managing Director, Chief Administrative Officer, and a member of the Executive Committee for Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, where she is Director of Operations, responsible for managing the Customer Processing and Service group. She serves as chair of Pershing’s Technology Prioritization Committee and the Pershing Office of Innovation. Ms. Dolly has worked with Pershing customers for more than 15 years, building relationships and providing business solutions. She began her career in the firm’s Corporate Training Program, which offers training in, and exposure to, all aspects of the organization. She has managed the Account Management, Customer Service and Customer Training groups, and was named a Super Achiever in recognition of her contributions to the firm in 2001.

Ms. Dolly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University and completed the Securities Industry Institute® program, sponsored by the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
